Tonya Peralta

I am Tonya Peralta, an Ojai Real Estate Broker Associate with 25 years experience in the Real Estate industry, including a decade of Real Estate Appraisal experience. I employ my skills as a Harvard trained negotiator and my Bachelors degree in Business Finance to maximize results for my clients. As a 4th generation Ojai Native, my clients benefit through the local connections and personal relationships that I have fostered for over 50 years, including strong relationships and the respect of my peers. Professionalism, tenacity, integrity and attention to detail are a few of the attributes that my clients appreciate when working with me. I am often described as direct, genuine, fair and determined.
Proud to have been voted “Best Realtor in the Ojai Valley” for 10 years, earning key recognition such as “Top Listing Agent” and “Top Sales Agent” from Keller Williams Realty for many years while consistently ranking as one of the top producing agents in Ojai by sales volume.
A strong supporter of all things local: I am a Board Member at The Ojai Valley Land Conservancy, and I continually support HELP of Ojai, The Humane Society, The Ojai Valley Museum and The Raptor Center. I believe that supporting local means so much more in a small town like Ojai~ it enriches all of our lives and supports our community members. In Ojai, this means that it supports the actual people who make up our sweet little town.

Ashley's love of Ojai paired with her degree in Interior Design and construction background allows her to understand & navigate her clients needs and wants when buying and selling real estate. An investor herself, her & her husband have been successfully flipping properties for over a decade. Ashley’s willingness to tackle any challenge head-on and her attention to detail helps guide clients through all aspects of the escrow process with ease. Whether helping client’s purchase their first home, second home or their dream home, Ashley’s knack for securing the perfect property is something she truly puts 100% into. Her construction experience & knowledge along with her positive "can-do" approach make her an invaluable part of our team!
Brooke Weston
Operations & Marketing ManagerBrooke is an integral part of the operations and marketing for The Peralta Team! Her proactive problem solving and creativity paired with her degree in Visual Communications, from FIDM, make her the ultimate operations and marketing coordinator. Brooke always has a smiling face and is ready to tackle whatever comes her way! As a third generation Ojai Native, she knows this valley inside and out and is always open to answering your questions. We are so grateful for the positive energy, grit and versatility she brings to our team.
Kendra Yoes
Client CareKendra is a retired Aerospace Engineer who loves real estate! Once you meet Kendra you will quickly see why people gravitate toward her. She is kind, friendly, smart and giving. She dives deep into our community, spending a generous amount of her time serving on the Board of Trustees at The Ojai Valley Museum, as well as President of a local philanthropy group that raises money for girls to go to college. She would say her favorite “role” is as Grandma and her second favorite role is working on The Peralta Team. She is in charge of managing our rental list and “Client Care”. She assists the team with needed preparation on listings and it is likely that you will see her delivering goodies around the Valley. One thing is for sure- if you see Kendra, you will know that something special is headed your way!
Ethan Peralta
Meet Ethan Peralta, our behind-the-scenes maestro from the sunny state of Arizona. In conjunction with our Marketing Manager, Ethan helps to develop and execute our social media marketing as well as filling in the gaps to keep our team humming along. He has a talent for innovation, a friendly & professional demeanor, and is a true multi-tasker who somehow manages to get it all done! When he's not crafting magic for the team, you'll find him camping under the desert stars, shredding the slopes on his snowboard, or studying for exams at ASU.
Simone Volkman
VCTC (Ventura County Transaction Coordinators) Transaction CoordinatorSimone is a master at paperwork and details! This makes her the perfect fit to organize and manage all of the paperwork for our team. Her experience in real estate and knowledge of Ventura County, as well as being an Ojai native, all contribute to her success. Having Simone on our team gives us peace of mind that our paperwork is complete, accurate and up to date.
